Book a scoping call
No deck. We will talk through the system, say which step produces evidence first, and tell you if the honest answer is that you do not need us.
The half hour
No slides, no discovery questionnaire. Four things, in this order.
The system, the deadline behind it, and what has already been tried. Previous rewrites and tools that did not stick are the most useful thing you can bring.
We name the smallest slice of the estate that would produce real evidence, and say why that one.
The honest version. Including the cases where an Assessment tells you to stop, which happens more often than anyone advertises.
A real number for the Assessment, or a date to send one once we have checked the stack with the specialist for it.
Before the call it helps to have rough line counts, which stacks are involved (including the parts nobody wants to open), and the constraint driving the timing — an audit deadline, an acquisition, platform end-of-life, or an agentic rollout that is not landing.
From the founder
We kept walking into the same room: a system everyone depended on, and nobody left who understood it. That is not a staffing problem.
Migralith started because the tools we were handed kept answering confidently and wrongly on exactly the code that mattered most. So we built the analysis first, and only then let the models near it. Every engagement since has been shaped by the engineers who have to live with the result after we leave.
